COMPANY SAFETY POLICY
The management of Lenbeth Energy Services is committed to the health and safety of every employee. We are committed to working in a spirit of consultation and cooperation with our team members. The prevention of foreseeable accidental loss of any resource including employees and physical assets will be a company mandate.
Responsibility for a healthy, safe work environment is a total team effort and requires a sound commitment from every member of our organization. To be successful, our safety culture must begin with positive attitudes towards safety from all management and employees. With positive attitudes from all members of our organization as the foundation, we can continue to add building blocks such as education and communication to our safety culture resulting in a safe, efficient work place.
Controlling accidental loss is achievable through good management and active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, employees, customers, and even visitors to our work sites. We all must take a proactive approach to ensure that not only are we working safe, but that we are looking out for the safety of every person around us.
All education, communication, and activities of management in instituting the health and safety program, and all employee involvement in the program will be in compliance with industry standards, directives from our certifying partner, and all legislative requirements. All employees of Lenbeth Energy Services will perform their daily job duties with a constant commitment to follow the company safety policy.
The writer of this policy promises to all employees that I will lead by example and be proactive in creating our safety culture. I am committed in continuing to make our organization a leader and a role model, not only in quality of work performed, but in attitude and safety while performing it. I trust that you will share my commitment and perform your due diligence in ensuring you are a contributing member of our safety culture.
